Made reservations for Ananda resort

Hi there! I made reservations for Ananda resort and I am very curious if I will like the place. I am impatient and can’t wait for the trip. There are 10 days left. Can someone tell me what I can expect there? What is there to see? I am staying at Hotel Ananda Inn. I made an online reservation by filling in a form. The price is high, but I hope it’s worth the money. Is that a decent hotel? Thank you!

You are going to Ananda in Himalayas, right? I am not sure because you didn’t say ‘in Himalayas’, that’s why I’m asking. But I think that there is no other Ananda, so we probably mean the same. It is a spa resort, very popular between those who practice yoga and meditation. It is primarily meant for relaxation of the soul and renewal of the spirit. The air is fresh which also helps you feel very good. From the resort, there is a view on the Ganges River. The Ananda Hotel Inn is one of the best hotels at this resort. It offers all those therapy programs I mentioned. Heated pool and foot wash were my favourite. The price is high not only because it is a lux hotel but because the treatments are expensive.
