I am setting off for Malawi tomorrow and will land first at Lilongwe and than I am suppose to have a direct flight to Blantyre. Anyway I am supposed to stay at Blantyre for a week but am planning also going further to Mozambiquee actually my last stop would be Nampula. So how am I suppose to travel from Blantyre to Nampula the thing is that I dislike traveling with bus and am curious if there is any flight or train from Blantyre to Nampula.

I am not sure for the flights from Blantyre to Nampula –maybe there are some but not that often. Anyway if you have a time I suggest you go by the train-I think it goes twice a week from Blantyre to Nampula I was once having this trip. It was actually about 8 months ago and this train trip from Blantyre to Nampula turned out to be an incredible event for me. I mean watching the nature around by traveling with the train was just fantastic despite the fact that after we reached the Mozambique border we had to leave the train for the track was being repaired at that time so we traveled with some truk further 70 km or so until we reached Cuamba town. Anyway I entered another train in Cuamba up to the Nampula and all in all I had a great time in this train.
