When can I resume my workouts? Its been 3 days and I am going stir crazy. I have a tight left hammy and I don't want to tear it, but I'm thinking a little swim won't hurt.

I'm gonna chill tonight and clean my bike, then tomorrow, I'm riding to work, THE LONG WAY.

Alright all you tris out there. Thanks to John, we are back.

I'd swim and cycle. Running may need to hold off until some of the muscle soreness loosens up.

Just my 2 cents.

Ditto. The swimming will be good for the muscle soreness, and better still if there is a steam room or hot tub at the pool for after the swim. You want to move that lactic acid out as soon as you can. Just go easy, don't jump right back into full steam ahead workouts just yet.

NO running til you loosen up that hammy or you will tear it.
Glad to see you made it here too! Smile
