I will spent next week in Vietnam and Cambodia. I will go back and forth for a whole week on business, but I am hoping I will get to see something else on my way in and out. Itinerary for Vietnam/Cambodia is what I need. I cant spend a lot of time on traveling, but I hope I can still see something.

I dont know if you will like it, but I am all for well known tourist attractions. My choice would be Angkor, archaeological park in Siem reap and Ho Chi Minh. These are two locations that are easy to travel to and from and you will not loose a lot time traveling. You will have to agree that one week, and not vacant but work week is not enough to make some serious attempts to visit more places. If you make to these two places you can be pleased with this trip. Next time come just for pleasure and then we can make some other plan.
