Is there internet service on cruise ships?

I am about to set off for my first cruise ever and it is just that I need to be ion constant touch with my office that is I need to get informed about my incoming E-mails and I would have answer back on them mostly-I mean this is the way my business function basically. So what about Internet cafs on board and is there Internet service on cruise ships at all?

Most of the cruise ships are offering Internet access and are mainly provided with Internet Cafes some of them offering a few on different decks. Anyway there are some tips of accessing your email which I didnt know while I was cruising the first time-and it is about using Outlook Express for accessing your email account from cruise ships wont be able if you dont know your pop3 and smpt server settings. And still if you have persistent problem with accessing your e-mail account using Internet service on cruise ships than you mast relay on using web mail which mostly each provider offers as a regular service so you will have first to visit your providers sit and than choose webmail opt there.
