Is there budget accommodation at Lake Como?

Hello! I have been to Milan in Italy recently but I didnt have time to visit Lake Come which is near Milan, only 25 miles away. I heard that lake is famous for its natural beauty and beautiful villas of famous people on its shores. The next time I go to Italy I would like to visit it and if someone has already been there I would like to receive some information about budget accommodation.

Rifugio Menaggio is a nice mountain hut where you can stay. The food is very good and at night you can see how the lights of the lakeside towns light up Lake Como. Here, you must make a reservation before you go because they are necessary during the season peak. Another nice place to stay is La Primula youth hostel with excellent budget accommodation option. Here also reservations are highly recommended. If you want to do the guided hikes of Lake Como region you can contact Trekking Italia, travel association for adults and students situated in Milan. Another nice place is In Riva Al Lago Hotel. The rooms have internet connection, private bathroom and in front of the hotel there is a car park. I hope I helped you at least a bit.
