Is there any cinema in Antofagasta?

I’m going to Chile in a week or so, on a business trip to the city of Antofagasta. I have never heard about it before. I reckon that this place may be completely dull and that there is nothing much to see, so I’m wondering if there is a cinema where I can go after I finish all the meetings and business obligations in order to kill my time.

You are so wrong! Antofagasta is a port city in Chile which means that it is situated on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. If there is an ocean, this means that there are beaches and this fact automatically makes this city an attractive place. The population of this city is more that 300000 people and I really don’t know why you think that a city this size doesn’t have a cinema. Still, what I see as a problem is that in certain countries all the movies in foreign languages are dubbed so that it would be hard for you to follow a movie if you are not fluent in Spanish. Nevertheless, if you can’t go to cinema I’m sure that there are many other interesting things which you will be able to do and see in this city.
