Is it true that the crew party as well on the board?

I am interested in having some professional Caribbean cruising tour but I have heard these cruising lines usually employing very unprofessional crew that are not speaking English quite well by the way and I have also heard and I am also curious is it true that the crew also party as well on this board and is there any serious Caribbean tour I could book with a professional crew?

Well if you ask me I had pretty much beautiful experience with a crew partying on board along with the passengers. And despite the fact they are so cheerful they are still very kind and professional. And it is true that the crew on these Caribbean cruising lines is willing to have party there with passengers but it is not like the captain is partying or some other officer of the ship-usually it is the bar or café workers and to tell you the truth I had 5 of these Caribbean tours with the same line so far and I always had a great time there involving these fantastic parties on the board along with the crew.
