Is it true that Gordon Ramsay opened a restaurant in Prague?

My husband and I would like to go to Prague. When we heard that Gordon Ramsay opened a restaurant in Prague (is that true?) that was one reason more for our trip. We like him very much and I very often make some of his specialties. However, our wish is to try his original recipes – the food made by Gordon personally or, at least, under his supervision.

Oh, yes, Gordon Ramsay opened restaurant Maze in Prague less than a year ago. The restaurant is great and I visited it twice. Actually the interior is quite common which makes a domestic atmosphere when you don’t have to watch how you sit or hold a spoon. The atmosphere is relaxing and inspires you to enjoy the food and think about it only. The food is very delicious but I doubt everything you order will be prepared by him because he is not in Prague all the time. He probably visits other restaurants he runs. But I believe he employed the best cooks - those who learned the skill of cooking from him.
