I will have some free days both in June and August and I was thinking of spending my time in Mexico. I am not yet sure when to go so I would like to hear some of your suggestions. Is it better to go to Mexico in August or June? Thank you!

Hi, I am from Houston and I have spent June, July, and August in Mexico. I can tell that it is hot either way. Sometimes it is even unbearable. Inland is especially hot. Chichen Itza was a real bear. I liked Tulum for the simple fact that you get a breeze off the nearby ocean. August was also hot, and if the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, you wouldn't want to stay there. Shake out your shoes before putting them on, because I saw some impressive species of bugs.
