Is Trunk Bay at St. John open whole year for visitors?

Since Trunk Bay is one of the most popular locations (bays) on St. John, I would like to know if it is open whole year for the visitors, or it is not, and when would be the best time of the year to visit St. John. So, if there is anyone who could inform me on this, I would really appreciate it.

Well, I am really not sure. I know it is not open when the weather conditions get so bad, but that is all I know about that, and it is something that does not happen so often. Besides that, I don’t see any reason why it would not be open for visitors.
