Is Osaka safe at night?

Can somebody tell me Is Osaka safe at night? I am going there very soon. I have difficulty to sleep at night. So, I like to take long walks at night. It helps me to fall asleep. So, I really need information about safety in Osaka. I would really appreciate any advice and suggestion about this thing. Thank you in advance for every help.

Well, I don’t go to the long walks late at night. But I don’t think that there is any place that is safe late at night. I don’t think that it is very dangerous. And the percentage of criminal is not that big. But it would be better if you have company late at night. In moist countries, tourists are main target for robbers. It doesn’t have to mean that you will be robed. But it is better to be safe than sorry. At least that is my opinion about this thing. Other thing is that accidents happen. They happen even when you know your surroundings. There is bigger possibility for something to happen when you don’t know place where you are.
