Is National civil rights museum in Memphis free on Mondays after 3pm?

What I would like to hear is whether or not it is true that the National civil rights museum in Memphis is free on Mondays after 3 pm, because I heard something about it, but there is no way for me to check it out in a way other than this. So, is there anyone who knows more about this?

It is true that the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis is known for this possibility to visit it for free every Monday after 3 pm. So, if you get the chance to be in Memphis in that period, it would really be a pity not to use it and visit the museum, because you also probably know that it is not at all a common thing to enter the museums for free.
