I want to go to Alaska and see the Aurora Borealis. I have been saving my money for some time, because I really want to go there. It is easy to save when you know why are you saving your money, and when you see your goal . Now, I have some nice amount of money. But I have to know is Alaska expensive?

| That is very good question. First Alaska is great country. I was there for some time, and I loved it. I met there very nice people. It can be very-very cold, so be prepare for it. Believe me, I didnt know that that kind of cold even exist. But it is one of the beauties of this country. Is the Alaska expensive? It depends. How much time you would like to spend there? It is expensive to live there, but if you are there only for short visit, than it is bearable. Because of cold and big distances between places, oil and gas are two important things there, and they are expensive, because you use it all the time in big quantity. So yes, it is expensive. |
