I heard negative comments about Hyatt Singapore ?

Hello you Hyatt junkies. I have one question for you. I heard negative comments about Hyatt Singapore ? Is that possible? I have been in Hyatt hotels all around the world. I am diamond member as well. I have never had any negative experience with the service or with the rooms. Have anyone of you been in Hyatt Singapore?

I cant tell you my personal experience because unfortunately I havent visited this particular property. But I have read something about that. This guy was dissatisfied with the service. He was talking something about the problems with checking in. Although he was also diamond member he was forced to go in regular check-in line. After that he had problems with changing room also. About the restaurant he pointed out that the service was improper always getting the order wrong and the food is not as great as priced. Also you can expect that some party is going on in there so you must put up with that noise. Also be careful with making a toll free international calls because they havent heard about something like that so you can get charged for them.
