My friends and I plan to visit Cadiz. We are students and we dont have so much money for the luxury hotels. We chose Cadiz because we heard that it isnt expensive so much, but is this really true. We know that Spain is pretty expensive. Has any of you been there? What are your impressions and is it really not that expensive?

Hi! As you are students Id like to recommend several hostels. They are all in the narrow old town streets near the Plaza de San Juan de Dios. Hospederia las Cortes is a new one and it is very nice. The price of the room is very affordable. All the rooms have air conditioning and bathroom and WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, radio, TV and minibar. The food is good there and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in the main shopping area so it is easy to go shopping. There is also one hostel in Cristobal Colon Street. Its called Canalejas. You will be satisfied with whichever you choose between these two.
