| I was asking my husband for years now to go to Mauritius for vacation. We did not have any available days, both next month both of us will have two weeks available to indulge ourselves a bit on this, as I heard, paradise island. I would like to hear some suggestions about what is there valuable to see. |

I was many times in Mauritius, and each time there is something new. If you are interested in some good nightlife, go to The Caudan waterfront. There are many nice shops. There is also a restaurant and a casino.
One very nice place to visit is Pamplemonsses Garden
Just taking a walk there will be unforgetabble experience for you. If you are interested in religion, you should go and visit Grand Bassin, a buddist temple. Even if you are not going to see any distinctive sites, just walking around Mauritius will provide you an experience you will not soon forget, and one that will make you wish for couple of months, not weeks there. Enjoy your stay. |
