How rough can the sea get?

I am supposed to have my first cruising trip this summer –my husband already booked cruising ship cabin for us and for our family friends. And the thing is that I am excited about this cruising but yet again I am not that good swimmer and am afraid of the big waves and am curious how rough can the sea get?

Well the sea could get terrible rough but you know those cruising ships are well made to make it through the big waves, storms or whatever I mean it is not like you would fall down into the sea or something like that I guess. The worse thing that could happened to you is to get seek so make sure to take those sea seek pills with you-though most of the crew is having them. Anyway I don’t know where you will be having this cruising trip but I remember my first cruising on the Caribbean –the day was so perfect and sunny and I could never guess it could turn into the most terrible storm ever-the wind was so strong and the waves were so huge I thought –that’s it, I am done…but finally I figured out that those are strong ships guided by professional captains and are very well equipped in the case of emergency though most often it is not likely to happen.
