How hard it is to find an apartment in Barcelona?

Hi. My wife and I are going to travel to Barcelona at the end of the month and we would like to stay for four weeks. We are a bit fed up with all the boring hotels we have been to in the past and would like the privacy of an apartment. We are also no fans of eating in restaurants so being able to cook ourselves is a big bonus. The question I have for you is how hard it is to find self catering apartments in Barcelona. And where to look for them?

It is not so hard at all to find an apartment in Barcelona! And I think you are right for wanting to do so. Not only will you have more privacy you will also save lots of money by not booking into a hotel. The best way of finding what you are looking for is online. Do be careful though it should all be done legitimately! You dont want to end up staying with some maniac.
