I have been thinking of spending about 10 days in Las Vegas, but I am not so sure if I will be able to enjoy as much as I can, since I have already spent a lot of money for a trip to Bali. Still, my girlfriend and I know that we would have fun in Vegas, so we need some tips how to save money there. Is Vegas that expensive?
Of course it is. But only if we are talking about downtown Vegas, its hotels and casinos. Even though this is town for emptying pockets, you could still save some money by choosing a cheaper hotel on the outskirts of the town and by dining at not so fancy restaurants. Also, there is a combination in which you rent a car and stay in a hotel in some smaller towns close to Vegas. Prices are much lower, but that is partially compensated with rent a car fees (you will have your own car to cruise around though).
