| I am flying from Los Angeles to Amsterdam, and I will have some 12 hours of layover there. Does anyone have any advice on what to do for the time. I mean, Chicago is one of the largest and most populated cities in the world, so if anyone could help me, I would be tremendously thankful. |

| Wow, 12 hours in Chicago is really such a little time, I am not sure you should go out of the terminal at all. There are some places I could recommend, though. I suggest you first go something to eat. There are plenty of good restaurants, but you simply must try traditional Italian pizza. Spacca Napoli is simply a must. After that, go to Grant Park and get some taste of true Chicago. It is a location popular among the tourists, as well among the locals. Also, go to Bears stadium. It is one magnificent object and you should really visit it. Also, you may go to Chicago United Center and see the place where Michael Jordan became a legend. The rest of the time, simply wander around the town. Chicago is full of surprises, and best of them will come up when you least expect. |
