How cold is it in Helsinki in June?

What I would like to hear is how cold Helsinki in June is, so if somebody could tell me this, I would really appreciate it. I want to go there for quite some time, but I can only take a week off from work in June so I guess that I could only go then. By the way, when is the best time to visit Helsinki?
