My wife and I decided to visit Canadian Rockies. We plan to stay somewhere near Lake O'Hara because we saw some pictures of the lake and were fascinated with it. It was not a picture, but a painting. I couldn't believe Mother Nature could paint something like that. Are there any hiking tours around Lake O'Hara? My wife wouldn't but I would gladly join one.

Lake O'Hara is really something that cannot be seen in any other place of the world. There are many lakes, but this one is unique. I think that some movies were filmed there, but you can't experience the true beauty of it unless you come and see it. You can take a walk around the lake because the length of the lake shore is less than 3 kilometers which is not too much for experienced hikers. There are organized daily and evening tours. I didn't walk around the lake, but I imagined many times how beautiful it must be to hike around O'Hara in the summer evening. Many tourists decide on bus ride to the lake.
