| I would like to have a safari trip in December this year, in a way I am treating myself for my birthday. I am not sure will I do more then one country, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa or do few of them in one tour. I suppose to be there for a 2 weeks. I know I sound quite indecisive but please take in consideration that this will be my first one. I wonder how you would spend your two safari weeks of December, need help here with itinerary. |

| Are you focusing safari journey only around Africa are, or you are opened for other suggestions? I honestly have no clue why I am asking this because all I did, and you are free to consider me nuts, 8 day horse ride safari in Tanzania. We were following migrations through Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara, it was so shame to miss that largest movement of land animals on the planet. I arrived at the Kilimanjaro Airport and then got transferred to Choroa-Camp. One night was spending in Mountain-Forest-Camp and then next day we passed Masai and moved to the Great Rift Valley and Enabaitaat River. Engaruka River and Lake Magadi (Soda Lake) with beautiful flamingos were the next stops during the last days of the tour. I guess while you had already crossed the border with Kenya and stepped into this other state with being in Magadi area you could then continue your journey in Nairobi or Amboseli direction. Seeing species as gazelles, zebras, wildebeests, warthog olive baboons, etc really was a precious experience. |
