Has anyone stayed in Hotel La Tosca in Capri?

What do you think about La Tosca Hotel in Capri? Has anyone stayed there? I’m wondering what your impressions are because I plan to take my girlfriend there and my travel agent insists that it’s a wonderful place where we’ll have a great time. Is he right or he just wants to talk me into buying his arrangement? Thanks for your suggestions.

In my opinion, your agent is right. This quiet hotel is very close to the centre of Capri and since this is an exclusive tourist resort there are hardly hotels that can be regarded as cheap or low quality. So, there are only good, better and the best hotels. It’s only up to you to decide according to your budget. La Tosca is quite a decent place and though it doesn’t offer as many amenities as some other hotels on Capri, it’s still very good. The price is also pretty decent and you will not spend the whole fortune on this journey. You can choose a room with a view for a more romantic stay.
