Hard question: Which Greek Island to choose?

Hi, me and my family have planned to go on vacation to Greece this summer. I have been waiting so long to go this beautiful country and the moment has arrived. Now we have to choose where do we want to go. It is really hard for us to make that decision since weve heard that the whole of Greece is so beautiful. We know that we want to go to an island but which one? We would like to go to a quiet place that is perfect for a family vacation.

Hello, I must agree it is a rather difficult decision to make since there are so many island that Greece has. I have been on some of them and had a really memorable time. The good thing is that almost all of the islands are great for family vacationing . You wont find an island that doesnt have a peaceful atmosphere since all of the hectic nightlife is in the mainland cities. My most beautiful vacation was certainly on the Corfu island. The whole island is a little rural, there arent so many sandy beaches as there are rocky ones. So Corfu may not be the ideal vacation place to go with children. The other one which youll absolutely love is Santorini. Its an ideal place for a family vacation. It has a beautiful surrounding with those characteristic white houses built on a steep terrain. The beaches are beautiful and so are the sunsets. So I think Santorini should be your choice.
