Hanoi Impressions

Hanoi is a city that I have listened about at my history class for a long time. I think that was every other word during my history class in high school. We had one history teacher who even showed us a picture from Hanoi, where you can see an embassy member running down the street with rolled flag in his hands. I want to go to Hanoi. Have you been there and tell me about Hanoi Impressions.

I am impressed at what you said. I cant imagine any history teacher of mine showing us a picture on which you can see a member of out government running away from someone. I havent seen that picture in class, but I found it much later and that was the reason why I went to visit Hanoi. That city has nothing in common to Hanoi that was our ally back in the day. It is much more developed and it has a Western flavor in itself. But here and there you can see history rearing its ugly head and that is the reason why I think you should go there and see it for yourself.
