I am a very sporty lady of 32 and I would like to book a skiing holiday in Switzerland for this winter. I am sure there are many places to go to that can and will accommodate me that will be worth it, and I did hear someone mention Grindelwald to me once. He said it was a lovely place to go walking and that there was so much to see there. He had been there in summer and I wonder what it would be like in winter.

Aha a ski fan. I can assure you that it is a very nice place to go to in winter. You will be able to see our beautiful mountains covered in a thick layer of snow. You will be able to go skiing and stay in one of our luxury hotels. You can also admire the Eiger, the Junkfrau and the Monch. You know that a lot of people have climbed the Eiger. A lot did manage but quite a few people failed. You could visit the impressive graveyard as well. It always gives me a great sense of mortality and makes me feel rather small.
