| Hello. My kids are 8 and 10. My wife wants us to spend our vacation in Israel, near the Dead Sea, to be more precise. I like the idea very much, because Ive heard so much about its healing power and Im amazed by its natural beauties. But, on the other hand, I know that situation with safety isnt that stable in Israel, so Id like to know if it is a good idea to bring kids there? |

| The situation in Israel can sometimes bi a bit unstable, but generally speaking, wherever you go a possible danger can occur. I cant advise you pro or against going there with your children. All I know is that the Dead Sea is a magnificent holiday resort with not only natural beauties but also wonders! Imagine the idea of floating on the surface of the sea without being able to sink because of its high salinity, which is also the reason for its name dead, meaning no flora and fauna have been found there. Apart form the curiosities, its one of the worlds most famous health resorts and people with various health problems go there. One more important thing is that this area is below sea level, so dangerous UV rays lose their harmful effects. |
