| Well, as a matter of fact, Ive seen official advice from Australian Government, so it seems pretty serious to me. I guess it has something to do with possible terrorist attacks. But, you should contact your Department of Foreign Affairs in order to get more precise information. Anyway, if you decide to go to Burma, at least try to avoid the border region between Thailand and Burma, and make sure you get travel insurance. But, I dont know whether Id dare to go there after such an alarming suggestion, especially with the family, and be worried sick all the time. A vacation has to be totally carefree. So, take a good care. |
