| Well, as I know , you can still get it at the border. It happens sometimes that they have no applications there, or other papers needed for visa, so they just give you some kind of entry certificate and you can get a visa once you are in Bamako. So, do not worry too much about it.Once you are on the border, you will find a way to enter in without any problems. I am sure you will like Mali.It is a beautiful country, although it is a third world country. You have to visit places such as Timbuktu and Djenne, they have so many wonderful sights. |
