From Atlanta to Miami

Hi. Next month I am going to some business trip to Miami. I am from Atlanta and I have never been in Miami before. I will go there with my car, so I am looking for some advices about time and distance, as well as traffic when I get there. I dont have a lot of time for preparing, so your reliable advices would be very welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Hello. I travel a lot from Atlanta to Miami, also because of my business. I usually use my companys car for that opportunity. I can tell you that you will be needed around 3 and 1/2 hour drive on a mostly two-lane highway. Traffic can be awfully bad, especially if you are going there during season. Maybe you should think of going there by plain. You also have a lot of hotels where you can stay. But the best thing is to make reservations before you go. I wish you safety trip. Cheers.
