| London is the biggest city in Europe and four days in not even near enough to see everything worth seeing. However, four days is long enough to taste its atmosphere. I would recommend you to visit some of the world's finest museums, such as the British Museum, the National Gallery or the Tate Modern. In between you can have some fun in the world-class pubs, restaurants and theaters. On the second day, indulge yourself with some shopping. Although Harrods is the most famous outside England, there are plenty of places where you can shop quality things. You can try Selfridges as an exclusive alternative. However, there are many street markets, and London also offers second-hand clothes, crafts and tasty foods. In my opinion, it is best that you spent third day on visiting historic sites. You simply must not miss Houses of Parliament, St Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London. If you find time, take a boat along the river. Use last day to visit several other fantastic places, most notably different palaces of London, and especially Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace. Of course, Big Ben is a must. I know this tour will be pretty exhausting, but believe me, it is worth it. |
