I went to South Carolina last month. My husband has some business associates there he had to visit so I went there with him. I always take the opportunity to go with him. He likes to have company on his trips and I enjoy traveling with him. SmileSmileSmile I must say that Fort Sumter is an interesting place to visit on Barrier Island.

I read so many things about Fort Sumter. The island fort where the Civil War began is a magnificent spot that attracts many tourists. My friend told me that there are some Fort Sumter tours. According to him, the cruise yachts that are carrying people to Fort Sumter are clean, safe and equipped with snack bars and restrooms. He enjoyed the visit.
