Food and groceries in Whistler

Hi! My dear friend was in Whistler last year, she had a great time but she needed to walk for almost full hour to the store that has all groceries at reasonable prices. All shops around hotel where too expensive! My wife and I will be in the same hotel this year, and we will have the same problem. Do you have any suggestions? How to overcome this problem?

Hi! One way is to bring your own food, something that is not easily perishable, some meat products for example. Other way is to order some takeout food, chinese restaurants can be pretty cheap if you like that kind of food. Third option is booked every day catering service at your door, it can save you some money if you use their services every day of vacation.
