| I cant tell what information is valuable for you. But I can give you some info. I had a flight to Dubai last week. There was a long line on the entrance to the gate. But we didnt have to wait very long. Plane took of on time. Food was great, service fast and employees nice and kind. There was nice entertainment in the plane. We arrived only 20 minutes late, and that is not so bad difference. About upgrades, well I am not sure if there are any upgrades. I also think that they started to have only 2 class service not three. And if they dont have free places in the economical class they put economic passengers to business class, or from business to first class.That is the only upgrade that I know.
