Hi, there. My husband is military officer and has got a transfer to El Paso. Ive never been in Texas, so I dont know how it looks like. I hope some people who live or have lived in El Paso will give me information how the life in that town looks like. Ive heard opposite opinions. Thank you in advance.

Hi to you too. Well El Paso is an interesting place. It depends whether you come from a small or a big town. This will make your point of view to this town. Ive lived there for five years, but then Ive been relocated. I am also a military officer. Many Mexicans live there, so I advise you to start learn Spanish if you havent already learned it. The East is expanding, so if you find your place to live there, you will be long distanced from supermarkets. West Side is better for life, especially if you have children. There are lots of restaurants and bars in El Paso, so if youre not a fan of cooking, your family wont be hungry. The good thing about El Paso is that it is well connected to the high-way. It has many exits, so if you miss one, it wont be a big deal.
