Do you tip even though you are not satisfied with the service?

I am preparing for the cruise with Carnival and I am basically familiar with tipping policy related to this cruise line but what if I am not satisfied with the service-should I make those tips no matter this. So that is basically all I am interested to be informed at this moment before departing- do you tip even though when you are not satisfied with the service?

Yes I do tip even though I am not satisfied with the service. The thing is that I was cruising with Carnival 2 times and basically I was always so disappointed with meals I mean cold broccoli and disgusting taste in general food is terrible on Carnival but on the other hand table and dinning service I think on stewards and other stuff are almost always nice and correct and that is the reason why I always tip even when I ma not that much satisfied with the service?
