Since I have never been to that part of the world before, I am unfamiliar with the regulations and entry requirements for Djibouti. If all goes well, I will travel to that region in two months. Hopefully, I will go to Djibouti in ten weeks. Do I need visa for traveling to Djibouti?

Yes, if you are a U. S. citizen traveling to Djibouti you will need the following things: U.S. passport which must be valid 3 months longer than intended stay; tickets and documents for return or further travel; visa; International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is also required if you are coming from infected area within 5 days.

Yes, and to get visa, you have to submit your U.S. Passport which will be valid for at least 6 months; 2 passport-size photographs; 2 completely filled and signed Visa Application Forms; you also have to have
Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms completed and last, but not least, copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary.
