| I know that Indonesia is almost heavenly touristic place. Many of my friends have been talking me into coming with them there for years. It always seemed a little too far away for me. However, they finally talked me in, and as we were preparing our trip, the tragic attacks happened. We canceled that trip, but since we think it is safe now, we would like to know is tourism still active there, or it has gone down, particularly in Bali? |

| The terrible attack in Bali did not devastate the touristic capacities of Indonesia as much as it devastated people there. Tourism was really low just after the attacks, naturally. However recently, it started its revival, and many of the foreigners now come without any problems. I personally returned from Bali a month ago, and I can say it still offers breathtaking views, nicest hotels, pleasant people. In other words, everything you need in order to have a perfect vacation. Moreover, not once did I feel threatened or in danger, and I certainly plan on coming back there next year. If you plan to go, now is the time. |
