Hello! I am seeking for a person who’s had a similar problem. Last week I returned from a trip. Everything seemed OK at the airport, but as soon as came home I saw that my lugguge was damaged. I was in a hurry and I didn’t notice that it was damaged while I was at the airport. What to do now? How to prove that I didn’t damage it later?

Your situation is specific because you didn’t react in time. You know that additional reclamations are not valid. The problem is how to prove that the lugguge is damaged at the airport or on the plane – during the flight. If some you had some precious things in the lugguge that were broken, you might try to complain but do it as soon as possible before the regular validity period expires. If the harm is not serious, I suggest you give up because you’ll lose a lot of energy and still nobody can guarantee you’ll manage to prove their responsibility. The good thing is that you’ll prpbably be more careful next time.
