I have never thought that countries like Russia could be interesting in terms of tourism (I guess I watch too much American movies). But my friends have returned from Moscow (they won some prize trip) and have nothing but the good, if not great impressions. So I have been thinking on cruising Russias interesting areas and I guess I need some help.

Well, it would be a surprise that country that big does not have anything interesting to show to tourists from all over the globe. In your case, I would suggest you a 13 day tour from Moscow to St. Petersburg. You will see many museums, palaces, fortresses and so many historical and interesting places that you would seriously consider coming back to Russia someday.
