Hello, there. I am preparing a trip to New Zealand soon. I will spend there several days, so I will need a place to accommodate. My friend recommended me Crowne Plaza Hotel, but I am not sure about their customer service. Maybe someone here could help me. It would mean a lot to me. Thanks.

Hi, there. I spend several days in that hotel last month. First it has an excellent location. It is near Christchurch Convention Centre. You can find many restaurants and shops nearby. Also I liked the restaurant at the hotel. You can see it has a good quality. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. They try to solve all the problems if they appear. I hope you will be satisfied by the service. I know I was.
