Hi, there. I am planning a trip to Costa Rica with my brother. The thing is that he is in his wheelchair. I am interested in how Costa Rica is prepared for disabled. I was hoping to find out it here. I would appreciate if you told me what you know about this matter. Thanks.

Hi, there. I can say to you that Costa Rica has been improving its amenities for disabled ones in recent years. They made several laws. But, they are fare from perfect. Costa Rica still has financial problems and care for disabled isnt a priority. I was there last month with my wife who is also in the wheelchair. Few hotels and public buses are reachable by a wheelchair. Costa Rica isnt an easy country to get around. Their roads are still in bad shape. I hope youll have a nice holiday with your brother.
