Complaints about CX

Is there anyone with some complaints about CX? The thing is that I am about to have a flight to Sidney and my colleague has booked HKG to SYD flight with Y class and to be honest I have some doubts about flying with CX. The thing is that I am a frequent flier but I never flied with CX before and I have heard lot of people complaining about CX so what do you think?

Well I think all the best for I had such a great time flying with CX and I had flown the last time with CX few months ago departing from Sidney to Beijing via HNK. Anyway I personally had no problem the stuff was great and very kind I even get some very tasty vegetarian meal though the passenger next to me complained about his chicken he says it was to dry for his taste. I got newspaper and a glass of water on my request, there are some extra blanket if you need them. Soothe way I see it I dont see why people would have any complaint about CX though it happened ones that business class passengers were complaining about not being able to have a shower in their lounge which is actually provided with their business class booking.
