| I am personally very glad about the changes in the program. They improved it a lot. For example, before you had to stay for three nights in order to get a midweek award. Now that is eliminated. Also, there is an option to move your awards to relatives or friends. You can also combine the points with other Gold Passport members in order to get an award. That way, you will get standard awards, though not the promotional awards. Also, when you, as a member cumulate several thousands of points on Gold Passport, you can convert them to airline miles at a better rate than before. These are all very good options that opened up for members that I recommend you become one. |
