I will be visiting some cousins in Australia this winter and I would not like to miss an opportunity to go to Uluru. I understand that it is one of the most amazing places in Australia and I am looking forward to that visit. However, I am not sure if there is a possibility to camp there, or to stay somewhere in Uluru, as I would like to stay there for a couple of days. If anyone can help me, that would be great.

Uluru indeed is one of the most amazing places, if not the most amazing one in Australia. It is natural you want to stay there for more than one day and that was the thinking of people who built camps there. There is of course a possibility and there are several different places you can go to. For example, Ayers Rock Caravan Camping offers excellent opportunity for you to stay there. There are different types of accommodations and each is more or less affordable, while each has excellent quality. I suggest you go to http://www.totaltravel.com.au/travel/nt/redcentre/
uluruayersrock/directory/caravan, where you can see all the opportunities in detail, even get some deals with significantly lowered prices.
