Best restaurants in Lomza?

I will be going to Poland in one month. I wish it is sooner, but due to job obligations, October is the only time I can go on holiday. So, I will be seeing both Krakow and Warsaw and I just might visit some other, smaller towns. I have heard that they have good cuisine and restaurants there, so which would best ones in Lomza?

I havent been to the place myself, but my sister went there with some friends from college on an excursion and the trip included visiting Lomza. I think she mentioned they dinned in restaurant called Gromada (or something similar) and they enjoyed Polish food there. She said it was in the center of the town and not expensive at all.
