Best Chinese Restaurant in Portland?

Hello everybody there! I am going to Portland for some business meetings next week. I will also meet an old friend of mine and plan to go with him out for the dinner. We both are fond of Chinese food and I would like to spend an evening in a Chinese restaurant. Hope someone can recommend the best one!

Best Chinese restaurant in Portland is Wong’s King Restaurant in Tacoma Street. I know its team won an award in a cooking contest in China. When I go there I usually order seafood or some chicken dishes. Noodles and fried rice are also good. The atmosphere is fine and the stuff is ok.
