Bad service at Hyatt Regency in Maui

I plan to go in Maui with my new wife on honeymoon. First I wanted to book a room in Hyatt Regency but I might reconsider that because my wife heard something about bad service there. Has anyone of you been there to share some experience? I wouldnt like for my honeymoon to get spoiled with some rude waiter or late room service.

I have heard something about Bad service at Hyatt Regency in Maui. My friend went there and was firstly very nervous about so many people at the pool. They didnt have the place for them because it was completely crowded. He also was very angry with the service there because he once had to wait two days for his order. You dont have any special treatment from people who work in the hotel. Maid service only makes you bad and that is it. But the hotel is great so is the food. Maybe it is not so important but everyone loves to be welcomed with a smile when on vacation. I hope this gets to them so they could be able to recheck their attitude.
